    Please Read The Below Policies

    Tuition is to be paid in monthly installments. A 30-day notification is required prior to student withdrawal. The registration fee is not refundable. Tuition is not refundable or transferable to another student.

    • Students may attend one, two or up to five times per week. There will be no makeups or refunds for absences, this includes planned vacations. If you’re planning to be out for an extended period, we need a 30-day notice in advance. If you are sick with covid-19 or the flu, please let us know and we will record and send you the lesson. Special circumstances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
    • Students will be placed in three different levels: beginning, intermediate and advanced depending on their experience or skill level.
    • Students that have not picked out an instrument must come in for a free trial lesson and pick the instrument that is of their interest and that comes natural to them.

    • Tuition is paid in advance; through our Auto Pay system. Tuition will be withdrawn on the 1st of the month. Please let the secretary know if we need to change the card on file.
    • Students will not be able to take their lesson if payment is not made by the 1st week of the month.
    • Prorating is allowed only for a new student who starts in the middle of the month.
    • Tuition rates are subject to change.
    • Be on time for your class. In consideration of other students, there will be no extension of lesson time if a student is late. The lesson period will consist of the remaining time in the scheduled time slot.
